• Full amount is due at time of booking.
• Once booked, your date is committed on our end.

Every bonfire requires a county fire permit. We handle that for you!

• The cost of one permit is included in your package price.
• The fire department only issues a limited number per night, per access point, so specific locations aren’t always guaranteed.
• We purchase permits two weeks before your event, or immediately if your event is booked within that window.
• If your preferred beach access isn’t available, we’ll contact you with alternate options.
• All permits are non-refundable and non-transferable, rain or shine.

Hosting 30 or more guests (yes, kids count), or having food delivered? You’ll need a Special Event Permit from South Walton County. We take care of the paperwork for you, but please note:

• You’ll need a special event permit in addition to the regular permit fee.
• These permits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• The county only issues one special event permit per access, per night, so availability isn’t guaranteed.

If your guest count grows after booking, we’ll help you secure the proper permit. If none are available, we’ll go over new date/location options together.

• We do not cancel events until after 12:00 PM on the day of your booking.
• You may choose to cancel before 1:00 PM on the day of booking — before our trucks are loaded.

If weather impacts your event, you can:

• Reschedule your event (minus permit cost), or
• Receive a full credit for a future bonfire (minus permit cost).

If a burn ban is in effect, you can do one of the following:

• Move to the closest available location without a burn ban
• Continue with a propane fire (where permitted)
• Continue with a lighting-based setup (where permitted)
• Reschedule your event
• Receive a full credit to be used for a future booking
• Cancel and receive a 50% refund

• More than 2 weeks in advance: $75 fee
• Within 2 weeks of your event: $250 fee
• All reschedules are subject to availability.

Cancellations not due to weather or burn bans:

• More than 2 weeks in advance: Full refund
• Within 2 weeks of your event: 50% refund

If a refund applies (for example, due to weather, closures, or cancellations), refunds will be processed in the order of event dates. Please allow up to 30 days for processing and 7 – 10 business days for funds to appear once issued.

We’re happy to set up bonfires at private beachfront homes (pending approval and access). Because these setups require special coordination and more complex labor, an additional $75 service charge applies.

We love celebrating, too!

• No fires are permitted on July 4th (county regulation).
• Fires are available on other holidays, though staffing is limited.
• A $100 holiday fee applies to bonfires on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.) — this goes directly to your attendant as a holiday working bonus.

For larger events (20+ guests), Roots Rock Reggae Package, or Special Events (picnic, dining, wedding, etc.), an 18% service fee is automatically added. This goes directly to the hardworking crew who make your setup magical!

Tipping your attendant is always appreciated but never expected. 100% of gratuity goes directly to your setup crew.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your requests! Please make any changes, food orders, or add-ons before the day of your bonfire — same-day requests are not guaranteed. Chalkboard messages must also be submitted before event day.

Beach bonfires are limited by permits, locations, and how many setups can run each night. We can only handle a set number of events per evening, and weekends and peak dates tend to fill up quickly.

If you have a specific night in mind, it’s best to reserve early.

Beach permits are based on availability, conditions, and county rules. Because of that, no company can guarantee a specific access point on a specific night.

We’ll always secure the best available location and keep you informed throughout the process. Flexibility on location helps ensure your night comes together smoothly.

Help us protect the beach, keep them beautiful, and protect our vendor permit so we can keep lighting fires for years to come!

Currently, our beach chair rentals are provided only on areas of Panama City Beach.

• We do NOT service condos or properties contracted with other beach services.
• Locations vary and are not guaranteed.
• When you book, we will let you know if we do not service your location.

Full amount is due at time of booking.

• Upon booking, you will either pay by credit card over the phone or via email invoice.
• Reservations are NOT finalized until full payment is made.

High winds and high rain percentages are cause for setup cancellation.

• In the event of inclement weather that causes us to be completely unable to set up, you will receive a full refund for the day(s) affected.
• In the event of high winds, we reserve the right to close or remove umbrellas for safety reasons. No refunds or credits are given if umbrellas have to be closed or removed.
• In the event of inclement weather which causes us to have to remove equipment from the beach before 5PM, no refunds will be issued.

Beach chair rentals are non-refundable, unless we are completely unable to set up due to inclement weather.

If we are unable to set up, you will receive a full refund for the day(s) affected.

Cancellations to reservations made under 24 hours will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

A full refund minus $100 cancellation fee will be issued upon cancellation. If the $100 cancellation fee exceeds the chair rental amount, the chair rental payment will serve as the cancellation fee and no refund will be issued.

Early setup and/or late breakdown are available upon request and are subject to additional fees depending on time of year and number of sets booked.
