We are now offering beach picnics as a solo set up, or added to your beach bonfire. Packages start from the ground up — literally. A straight up picnic on a blanket, all the way to dining level seating with formal place settings. We will bring all the boho and beachy vibes your little heart desires. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to your picnic, just NO GLASS. 18% auto-gratuity will be included on all picnics and special events; this goes directly to your set-up crew and will be added to your invoice upon booking.

Booking & Payment
  • —Full amount is due at time of booking.
  • —Once booked, your date is committed on our end.
  • —A service fee may apply for groups of 20 or more guests (18%).
Cancellations
  • —Cancellations not due to weather or burn bans:
  • —More than 2 weeks in advance: Full refund
  • —Within 2 weeks of your event: 50% refund (due to pulling permits 2 weeks in advance)
Reschedules
  • —More than 2 weeks in advance: $75 fee
  • —Within 2 weeks of your event: $250 fee
  • —All reschedules are subject to availability.
Inclement Weather
  • —We do not cancel events until after 12:00 PM on the day of your booking.
  • —You may choose to cancel before 1:00 PM on the day of booking — before our trucks are loaded.
  • —If weather impacts your event: reschedule (minus permit cost), or receive a full credit for a future bonfire (minus permit cost).
Burn Bans
  • —If a burn ban is in effect on your event date, you can do one of the following: reschedule with no additional fee (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.
Holidays
  • —A $100 holiday surcharge applies to events on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
  • —July 4th bookings are unavailable due to local fire restrictions.
Service Fee
  • —An 18% service fee is automatically applied to events with 20 or more guests.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the order of event dates. Please allow up to 30 days for processing and 7–10 business days for funds to appear once issued.

You may opt out of marketing texts at any time.
