Cancellations & Refunds

—More than 48 hours before start date: Full refund
—Within 48 hours: No refund — our team will already be prepared.

Weather

—We monitor conditions daily. If beach access is unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule.
—Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for reschedule or refund.

Setup & Pickup

—Equipment is set up before you arrive and picked up at end of day.
—Please remain near your setup at pickup time or notify us if you leave early.
—Lost or damaged equipment may result in additional charges.
